Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of HVAC installers (minimally 2-3 sets of teams, anywhere from 5 to 6 people)
• Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems
• Ensure that all work is completed according to industry standards and company policies
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members
• Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or potential problems
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
• Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies and equipment
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems
• Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints
• Knowledge of HVAC codes, regulations, and safety procedures
• Previous experience as a service technician or in a similar role is preferred
• Familiarity with property maintenance practices is a plus
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
