Description Overview Reporting to the Facility Asset Reliability Supervisor, this position will be required to perform the maintenance and repair of all facility HVAC systems and equipment. Scope of the Role Responsibilities include

• Diagnose and resolve HVAC issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Ensure all installations are completed to the highest standards.
• Implement proactive measures to prevent future problems.
• Maintain accurate records of HVAC maintenance, inspections, repairs and prints.
• Work closely with cross functional teams.
• Work with external vendors and contractors as required.

There is a possibility that there could be travel involved to other manufacturing and packaging sites within and outside of Allegan. Scope of the Role Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision Demonstrated ability working in a team environment and fostering good relationships Excellent listening skills Ability to appropriately prioritize work Open minded and adaptable regarding type of work being performed Strong oral and written communication skills Strong computer skills Strong math skills Ability to read and work from blueprints Willingness to mentor apprentices Experience Required Journeyman HVAC Technician preferred.
