Role:
The Commercial HVAC Technician is responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide range of commercial heating and cooling systems. This role ensures all work meets company standards and provides customers with a high-quality service experience.

Provided through Union contract Schedule Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM Occasional overtime and on-call rotations required Required Qualifications Commercial or industrial mechanical experience in HVAC, plumbing, and building automation systems EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling Certification Minimum OSHA 10 certification Willingness to participate in ongoing training, seminars, or union-provided education Comfortable working at heights Strong understanding of the value of preventative maintenance Valid driver's license Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to explain technical issues clearly to commercial customers and coworkers Willingness to take on responsibility and leadership when needed Strong troubleshooting skills and determination to solve mechanical problems Preferred Qualifications HVAC Technical School Certificate Journeyman Card
