The ideal candidate is customer-focused, mechanically inclined, and able to work independently while delivering high-quality workmanship. Responsibilities Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, boilers, RTUs and ductwork Diagnose and repair heating and cooling system issues Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and installation instructions Test system performance and ensure proper operation Communicate clearly with customers about repairs, recommendations, and system operation Maintain accurate service records and job documentation Follow all safety procedures and local building codes Handle refrigerants according to EPA guidelines Participate in on-call or after-hours service rotation as needed Qualifications Experience in residential HVAC service and installation Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics, basements, and crawl spaces Basic electrical knowledge Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50-100 pounds Ability to stand, kneel, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces Comfortable working in varying weather conditions Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay or salary Overtime opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) With Employer Match Company vehicle
