Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems. This role involves performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. The technician will work both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality service to our clients. Responsibilities Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating, cooling, and refrigeration equipment. Perform equipment repairs and replacements as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Utilize tools and other diagnostic equipment to assess system performance. Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related concerns in residential or commercial settings. Assist in the design and installation of new HVAC systems as required. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs. Skills Proficient mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems and components. Experience in field service operations, particularly in the HVAC industry. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively. Competence in using diagnostic tools for system evaluation. Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
