  • We are seeking an experienced
  • Senior HVAC Service Technician
  • to join our facilities maintenance team.
In this role, you will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems to ensure safe, reliable, and energy-efficient building operations. This position is ideal for a skilled technician who enjoys solving complex mechanical and electrical issues, working independently, and serving as a technical resource for other maintenance personnel

  • Responsibilities
  • Responsibilities
  • + Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC and mechanical systems.
+ Diagnose and repair chillers, boilers, cooling towers, air handlers, rooftop units, pumps, VAV systems, heat pumps, and refrigeration equipment. + Troubleshoot electrical components, motors, VFDs, control circuits, and HVAC control systems. + Monitor and maintain Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS). + Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability. + Complete work orders, maintenance records, and equipment documentation using a CMMS. + Respond to emergency equipment failures and restore systems safely and efficiently. + Coordinate with contractors during repairs and equipment upgrades. + Mentor and provide technical guidance to less-experienced technicians. + Follow all OSHA, EPA, company, and site safety policies.
  • Qualifications
  • Required
  • + High school diploma or equivalent. + 5+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience. + EPA Section 608 Certification. + Strong troubleshooting skills involving HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical systems. + Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings. + Valid driver's license (where required).
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • + HVAC/R journeyman or equivalent certification.
+ State or local HVAC license. + Boiler operator or stationary-engineer license. + Experience with centrifugal or screw chillers. + Experience with Building Automation Systems. + Experience with industrial or large commercial facilities. + Experience with CMMS systems such as Maximo, Corrigo, or similar platforms. + Electrical or controls certification. + Experience supervising or mentoring maintenance personnel.
  • Physical Requirements
  • + Ability to work indoors and outdoors in mechanical rooms, rooftops, and industrial environments.
+ Climb ladders, lift equipment, and perform physical work throughout the day. + Participate in on-call or after-hours emergency response as needed.
