Commercial HVAC Service Technician III Engineering Excellence National Account - 2.9 Farmington, MI Job Details Full-time 4 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Welcome! ‎ Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems while delivering outstanding service to customers. You'll independently troubleshoot equipment issues, communicate solutions clearly, and help ensure reliable system performance. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of more complex work and further develop your technical expertise. This role is perfect for experienced technicians ready to take on greater responsibility and advance to the next level of their profession. ‎
  • Stage tools and PPE for daily jobs.
  • Check equipment readiness.
  • Update inventory logs after issues and returns.
  • Assist with basic measurements and documentation.
  • Upload photos and service notes to job records.
  • Maintain clean and organized storage areas.
  • Prepare mailers for calibration services.
  • Support audits by pulling records and evidence.
  • Coach S2/S1 on staging accuracy.
  • Escalate shortages or damaged equipment. ‎

4+ years
