Work Hours:

Monday thru Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm with on occasional overtime

Pay Range:

up to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience +

Primary Job Function:

To provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Provide feedback to Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory and retail pricing.

Required Qualifications:

Clean driving record and insurable driving record Must pass drug and background screens 3+ years Residential and light commercial experience EPA Certification required Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints Familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques Experience making repair and replace decisions Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for customer as well as company Advanced customer service skills Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques Excellent computer skills

Desired Qualifications:

Certification from HVAC trade school
