In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and boiler systems across various residential and commercial settings. Your expertise will ensure optimal system performance, safety, and efficiency, directly contributing to the comfort and safety of our clients' environments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge and field service skills in a fast-paced, rewarding environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities for growth. Base pay is $16 per hour, with the ability to earn commission on every sale, once minimum weekly revenue is hit! Responsibilities Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC systems and related mechanical equipment to ensure reliable operation. Diagnose complex issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools; implement effective solutions promptly. Install new HVAC units systems according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards. Troubleshoot hydraulic systems and mechanical components to identify faults or inefficiencies; repair or replace parts as needed. Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to extend equipment lifespan and improve energy efficiency. Interpret technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and system layouts to facilitate accurate repairs and installations. Communicate clearly with clients regarding system status, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols; provide excellent customer service throughout every interaction. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration systems. Proficiency in reading schematics, technical manuals, and system diagrams for accurate diagnostics.
