We are looking for an experienced HVAC professional who can lead residential and light commercial installations while maintaining high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. This position offers year-round work, competitive pay, company vehicle opportunities, and advancement potential. Responsibilities Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, mini-split systems, and water heaters Lead installation crews and train junior installers Complete residential and light commercial HVAC installations Read blueprints and equipment specifications Perform startup, testing, and commissioning of installed systems Ensure all work meets local codes and manufacturer requirements Maintain a clean and professional job site Communicate effectively with customers and office staff Complete installation paperwork and job documentation Requirements Minimum 5 years HVAC installation experience EPA Certification Required Valid Driver's License with clean driving record Ability to lift 75+ pounds Experience with furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, boilers, and ductwork Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills Ability to work independently and manage installation projects Preferred Qualifications NATE Certification Sheet metal fabrication experience Boiler installation experience Mini-split installation experience Crew leadership experience
