Maintenance Technician Join Our Team! We are looking for a dependable, skilled Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, and completing repairs to ensure our facilities and systems operate safely and efficiently. If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy solving problems, and take pride in quality workmanship, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment, buildings, and mechanical systems. Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs. Inspect equipment and identify potential problems before they become costly repairs. Complete work orders accurately and maintain maintenance records. Ensure compliance with safety policies and company procedures. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner. Assist with facility improvements, installations, and special projects as needed. Qualifications Previous maintenance, facilities, or mechanical repair experience preferred. Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance. Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment efficiently. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work, including climbing ladders, kneeling, and working in various environments. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications HVAC certification or experience EPA Certification Electrical or plumbing experience Trade school education or technical certification
