Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Installer/Helper/Junior Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in HVAC systems and mechanical knowledge. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. Your expertise will ensure that our clients receive efficient and reliable climate control solutions. Responsibilities Install HVAC systems according to design specifications. Troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and provide effective solutions. Collaborate with other technicians and team members to complete projects efficiently. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory usage. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on job sites. Communicate effectively with clients regarding system operations, maintenance needs, and service recommendations. Requirements 2-3 years previous experience Some experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role in mechanical services. Familiarity with refrigerant handling and brazing techniques is preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Valid driver's license may be required for travel to job sites.
