You will drive field operations by independently diagnosing, repairing, and servicing complex residential and commercial HVAC systems. This role empowers you to master your trade with dedicated technical training while directly building long-term customer trust. Impact:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial HVAC units independently in the field. Perform comprehensive preventative maintenance and thorough system inspections to ensure peak operating efficiency. Communicate diagnostic findings and recommended solutions clearly to empower customer decision-making. Execute service calls efficiently from end to end while maintaining detailed documentation of work performed. Collaborate with internal installation teams during peak operations to support complete project execution. Maintain company-provided vehicles, tools, and technical equipment in clean, optimal working condition.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on HVAC service and diagnostic experience working without supervision. Demonstrated experience handling field service calls independently with high quality craftsmanship. Valid driver's license with a safe, clean driving record. Physical capability to safely execute standard HVAC service, lifting, and installation tasks.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
EPA Universal Certification or relevant trade credentials. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Proven experience cross-assisting on residential or commercial installation projects. Strong team mentality with a proactive mindset
