Qualifications Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience; strong experience with furnaces, boilers, A/C systems, mini-splits, and duct systems; EPA certification and universal refrigeration license; blueprint and technical knowledge; leadership and training ability; strong customer communication skills; ability to independently complete projects from start to finish; NATE certification preferred; and a commitment to safety, quality, and team development.
