In this energetic role, you will coordinate installation teams, ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards, and serve as a key point of contact for clients and team members alike. Your mechanical expertise and leadership skills will drive successful project execution from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the installation of commercial HVAC systems, including HVAC, ductwork and building automation systems. Lead field technicians and installation crews to ensure work is completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety standards. Read and interpret schematics, HVAC design plans, electrical diagrams, and mechanical drawings to guide installation processes. Ensure all work adheres to local codes, EPA regulations for refrigerants, and safety protocols; conduct regular safety meetings. Manage inventory of tools, electrical systems components, and other equipment necessary for installations. Maintain detailed documentation of project progress, site inspections, equipment repair logs, and compliance records. Qualifications Proven construction experience with a focus on HVAC system installation and mechanical systems repair. Strong knowledge of schematics, HVAC design principles, electrical diagnostics, and building automation systems. Familiarity with blueprints and schematics.. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate various hand tools safely. Experience in HVAC system maintenance and field service operations.
