This Commercial HVAC Service Technician opportunity is based in Troy, MI, with dispatch from home within about 50 miles of the office. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial HVAC Service Technician position include: ~10+ years of strong commercial/industrial HVAC experience Specialization in either commercial boilers (250K+ BTU) or refrigeration, including rack systems and walk-in coolers Primarily responsible for service and diagnostics, with support for installation teams EPA certification required Mechanical license with boiler certification ideal (not required) Ability to work on-site around 7:00 AM-3:00/4:00 PM and maintain 40+ hours weekly Local service territory with a company vehicle provided On-call approximately once every 4 weeks, with some overnight work
Salary:
$42.00 - $47.00 per hour; final rate based on skill level.
