HVAC Installer Carter's Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Earn $28-$35/hour installing quality HVAC systems with a company that values your experience. Carter's Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team. If you're a skilled installer who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys working with homeowners, and has Service Titan experience, we'd love to talk with you. What You'll Do Install residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, mini-splits, and thermostats Complete equipment replacements and new installations Test and start up systems to ensure proper operation Communicate professionally with homeowners Complete job documentation in ServiceTitan Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site What You Bring 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience ServiceTitan experience is required EPA Certification Experience installing furnaces, A/C systems, heat pumps, air handlers, and mini-splits Strong customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Positive attitude and team-first mentality What We Offer $28-$35/hour based on experience Full-time, year-round work Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays 401(k) with Company Match Company vehicle and tools Ongoing training and advancement opportunities Why Carter's?
