What we look for:
We are seeking forward-thinking, skilled HVAC mechanics with experience in residential, commercial, industrial, and/or institutional markets to join our growing team. Candidates must have practical working experience in the HVAC service industry and possess knowledge of HVAC maintenance procedures and troubleshooting procedures for a multitude of HVAC systems. They must also be skilled craftsmen in their trade, have good attention to detail, and take pride in a job well done.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in residential/commercial HVAC/mechanical service/troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of various types of HVAC systems, various compressor technologies, HVAC control systems, and variable speed frequency drives.
- Valid driver's license.
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification to work with refrigerants (or be able to obtain within 3 months).
- Motivated, self-starter with good verbal and written communication skills and an ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Safety-minded individuals.
- Willingness to supplement on-the-job training with classroom training.
How you will do it:
- You will be assigned to service accounts and responsible for executing contract maintenance visits, inspections, site assessments, service requests, and recommending necessary upgrades and/or repairs to prolong the equipment life cycle of our customer's equipment.
- You will establish and maintain a positive relationship with customers, vendors, and co-workers through effective oral and written communication skills via phone, computer, and face-to-face.
- You will provide quote estimates for labor & material repairs and upgrades to our customers as needed.
- You will represent the company by serving as the direct customer contact and be responsible for servicing products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction by identifying, analyzing, diagnosing, and repairing equipment and systems at our customer's locations.
- You will be required to use software and technology, along with a variety of hand tools, and rigging equipment, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to install, service, diagnose, and repair equipment
- You will be expected to enforce safety to the highest standards continually.
- You will be expected to work as part of a team that is dedicated to delivering the highest standard of service to all its customers.
