YOUR PATH HERE COMPENSATION

$80,000-$100,000 $30/hr + all commissions and incentives active from day one Performance to start — experienced techs with 3+ years, let's talk before you assume the number. Base pay + repair commission + membership spiffs + performance bonuses + $1,000 sign-on bonus

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Residential service calls, diagnostics, and flat-rate repairs Preventative maintenance visits with documented System Health Reports Furnace, boiler, heat pump, and mini-split installs alongside our lead tech Before, during, and after photo documentation on every job Customer walk-throughs — findings, filter schedules, thermostat basics Present our membership program after every service call and repair

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2-3+ years of residential HVAC experience — you can diagnose, you can repair, you're ready to grow EPA 608 certification and Minnesota Refrigerant Handling Certificate required — if you're close but not there yet, we cover exam fees, study materials, and give you paid time to get it done Professional presentation — clean uniform, grooming standard Clear communicator with homeowners — confident, not pushy Valid driver's license and clean driving record

WHAT WE OFFER

$30/hr to start — experience above 3 years considered for higher rate $1,000 sign-on bonus — $500 at 90 days, $500 at 1 year Repair commission on every completed job Membership spiffs paid per sale Performance bonuses — top tier earns an additional $2,000/year Install completion spiff for top performers Company-paid health insurance — we cover the majority of your premium — after 90 days 11 federal paid holidays + 1 week paid vacation after 90 days — grows to 2 weeks at 1 year Company van with take-home privileges and gas card included Company tools and equipment provided Uniforms provided Paid training and certification support Monday-Friday with on-call and after-hours rotation — after-hours calls come with a premium rate Small team — direct access to ownership
