We are currently seeking an Experienced HVAC Technician who is ready to grow their career. What You'll Gain $38 - $46 per hour based on experience Medical insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid vacation and holidays Company vehicle and uniforms provided Ongoing paid training and development programs Opportunities to advance into senior or leadership roles About the Role As an Experienced HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential heating and cooling systems. This role emphasizes technical problem-solving, customer communication, and continuous skill development. You'll also have opportunities to mentor less experienced technicians and contribute to maintaining high service standards across the team. Schedule Full-time, 40+ hours per week Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime as needed Participation in a bi-monthly on-call rotation Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps Perform routine maintenance and system inspections Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to customers Ensure all service work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, and airflow-related issues Maintain accurate service records and documentation Support and mentor junior technicians as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Represent the company with professionalism and excellent customer service What We're Looking For Minimum two years of HVAC service experience EPA certification required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including refrigerant, gas, and electric components Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Knowledge of low-voltage controls and system operation Strong attention to safety, detail, and quality workmanship Excellent communication and customer service skills Willingness to continue learning and growing professionally
