• Perform installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs on HVAC and Refrigeration systems
• Use diagnostic tools and techniques to identify HVAC/Refrigeration system issues and provide effective solutions
• Communicate with customers to explain service needs, offer solutions, and ensure satisfaction with completed work
• Ensure all HVAC/Refrigeration systems are properly calibrated to manufacturer specifications
• Replace faulty parts, components, or systems as required, following industry best practices
• Accurately complete service reports, maintenance logs, and other required documentation
• Adhere to all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies
• Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and product updates to provide high-quality service Additional Responsibilities
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor Minimum Requirements
• Degree/Diploma/Certification in HVAC/R
• Universal EPA Certification
• 2-5 years of hands-on HVAC/R commercial service experience
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Current, valid driver's license
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer interaction and teamwork
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration principles
• Proficiency in the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems; skilled in using diagnostic tools and equipment
• Ability to work independently and a part of a collaborative team Preferred Skills
• PLT Licensed, or registered unlicensed PLT
• Previous experience working with HVAC software or mobile apps
• Strong customer service Physical Requirements
• Ability to carry and lift heavy equipment (up to 100 pounds)
• Comfortability working in varied environments, i.e. commercial sites, outdoors, etc.
• Ability to work in cramped spaces, on ladders, and in high or tight areas What's in it for You
