‍Finken is seeking a skilled Plumbing/HVAC Service Technician to join our Plumbing & Heating department. This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing a broad range of plumbing and HVAC fixtures and components in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. If you have experience in plumbing and HVAC service, possess excellent troubleshooting skills, and prioritize exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!

Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain and repair various plumbing and HVAC fixtures and components. Operate tools and equipment skillfully and safely. Read and interpret plans and blueprints. Respond safely and effectively to emergency situations. Follow oral and written instructions carefully. Maintain respectful, cooperative relationships with coworkers and customers at all times. Ensure job sites and company vehicles are clean, orderly, and safe. Submit daily paperwork, including timecards and work orders, to the Plumbing/HVAC Division Manager. Report immediately any missing or broken tools/parts to the Division Manager. Observe all Finken safety rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

Plumbing and HVAC service and troubleshooting experience required. Ability to use hand and power tools efficiently. Must maintain required licensure qualifications. Must provide personal hand tools; company provides power tools. Physically capable of lifting equipment up to 100 lbs. unassisted and performing activities such as bending, standing, climbing, or walking. Reliable and punctual attendance is mandatory. Valid MN driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Excellent communication skills (read, write, communicate effectively in English).

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

Comfortable with physical tasks such as bending, climbing, and lifting. Prepared for possible weekend and evening hours, including being on-call. Absolutely no smoking in company vehicles or buildings; permitted only in designated areas on job sites.
