• Twin Cities Metro 2+ Years of HVAC Service Experience Required Tired of being just another truck on the schedule? As our Warranty Specialist, you'll own every warranty call in the field
• diagnosing the issue, determining coverage, and making sure the customer feels taken care of on-site.

You'll have an in-house warranty support team handling claims processing and paperwork, so you can stay focused on the technical work. When warranty calls are light, you'll roll into service and maintenance work, so no two days look the same. A role with real ownership, built for a tech who likes solving the tricky stuff. Who We're Looking For You're an experienced residential HVAC tech who's sharp on diagnostics and comfortable navigating manufacturer warranty processes. You communicate clearly with customers
• especially when delivering news about what is and isn't covered
• and you take pride in resolving issues the right way the first time.

2+ years of residential HVAC service experience Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to clearly document findings Familiarity with manufacturer warranty terms and coverage guidelines (or a willingness to learn them quickly) Patient, clear communicator who can explain coverage decisions without leaving customers frustrated Comfortable coordinating with our in-house warranty support team to keep claims moving smoothly A self-starter mindset with a desire to keep growing Valid driver's license and clean driving record What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for all residential warranty calls across the Twin Cities metro Diagnose equipment issues and determine manufacturer warranty coverage and eligibility Coordinate with our in-house warranty support team, who handle claims processing and manufacturer paperwork Communicate clearly with customers about what's covered, what isn't, and what happens next Fill in with service and maintenance calls when warranty volume is light, keeping your skills sharp across the board Represent MSP with professionalism and the 5-star experience our customers expect Your Benefits Package Competitive pay Medical & Dental
