Requirements:
Trade School Preferred 1+ years of Residential and/or Light Commercial HVAC Service/Maintenance experience. Obtain a Class E license withing 1st week of employment. Ability to pass background check and drug screening. Physical ability to lift, climb, kneel, bend and work in confined spaces. Valid Class E driver's license (obtained in 1st week of work) and ability to pass a background check.
Responsibilities:
Developing skills including: refrigeration, testing devices, maintenance checklist, knowledge of products, filter changes, perform planned maintenance, program thermostats, clean indoor and outdoor coils, clean blower, etc. Ability to keep a clean work area and truck.
