Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician with at least 3 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing residential and/or light commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, a commitment to quality workmanship, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using testing devices and technical manuals Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards Provide clear communication with customers regarding service recommendations and system operation Maintain accurate service records and documentation Safely handle refrigerants and comply with EPA regulations

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of HVAC technician experience EPA Certification (required) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments (attics, crawlspaces, outdoors) Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

HVAC trade school certification or apprenticeship completion Experience with residential and light commercial systems NATE certification (a plus)
