WHAT YOU'LL DO

Diagnose and repair HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal inspections Respond to service requests and prioritize efficiently across properties Coordinate with the property management team on work orders and unit readiness Document work completed accurately and on time

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR EPA 608

certification required Proven hands-on experience with residential HVAC systems Ability to diagnose accurately and repair efficiently without hand-holding Someone who takes ownership of their work and their time Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
