In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and mechanical systems. Your expertise will ensure our clients experience optimal comfort and efficiency in their properties. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilize your technical skills, and contribute to building comfortable, safe environments for our customers. We are not a Residential Service Company. Responsibilities Install HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and mechanical systems according to schematics and design specifications. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC system issues using electrical diagnostics, equipment troubleshooting techniques, and mechanical knowledge. Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC/R systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. Interpret schematics, electrical diagrams, and building automation system layouts to facilitate accurate installations and repairs. Perform plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems such as condensate drainage and refrigerant piping connections. Use hand tools, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment to identify faults in electrical or mechanical systems. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs or maintenance procedures clearly and professionally. Requirements Proven construction experience with a strong background in HVAC system installation and repair. Service technician experience with HVAC/R systems, including refrigeration and boiler operations. Knowledge of schematics, electrical systems, building automation systems, and HVAC design principles. Mechanical knowledge related to mechanical systems repair and property maintenance. Ability to operate hand tools efficiently and safely; familiarity with ohmmeters and other diagnostic tools is preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating drivers or similar vehicles is advantageous. EPA certification for refrigerant handling is required; additional certifications in electrical diagnostics or appliance repair are a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in field service environments; willingness to perform on-call or emergency repairs as needed. Join us to be part of this wonderful family.
