  • We have a dream team of office employees that are dedicated to making your life easier Job Responsibilities Lead residential HVAC system installations (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, IAQ equipment) Perform complete system change-outs, retrofits, and upgrades Verify proper sizing, ductwork adjustments, electrical connections, and refrigerant charge Oversee job flow from start to finish with minimal supervision Follow manufacturer specs, local codes, and company installation standards Ensure all equipment start-ups, testing, and commissioning are completed correctly Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites Train and mentor apprentices and junior installers Delegate tasks effectively and maintain productivity Coordinate with the install manager, warehouse/fleet, and sales team Requirements 1+ years of residential HVAC experience.
EPA Certification. NATE Certification(s) preferred. Ability to lead a job and supervise helpers. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, basements, and tight spaces. High attention to detail. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Pass a drug test. Reside within 45 minutes of our office.
