  • Full-time Better Service is looking for a HVAC Service Technician & HVAC Installer to join our growing team.

HVAC Service Tech Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems Perform routine service calls and preventative maintenance Communicate clearly with customers about repairs and recommendations Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
Qualifications:
2+ years HVAC experience preferred Valid driver's license Strong troubleshooting skills and work ethic
HVAC Installer Responsibilities:
Install HVAC systems, ductwork, and equipment Follow blueprints and job specs accurately Ensure clean, professional job sites Work efficiently as part of a team
Qualifications:
HVAC installation experience required Valid driver's license Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
