You'll work directly with customers to keep their commercial kitchens and refrigeration systems running at peak performance. We pride ourselves on quality workmanship, responsive service, and strong customer relationships. Compensation is competitive, based on experience, and fully negotiable. What You'll Do As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of commercial foodservice and refrigeration equipment while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial cooking equipment, refrigeration systems, ice machines, ware-washing equipment, HVAC, and other specialty foodservice equipment Apply strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, including the ability to read and interpret diagrams, schematics, and service manuals Communicate directly with manufacturers for technical support, parts identification, and warranty-related services Install replacement parts accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards and customer expectations Complete service documentation accurately and on time, including work orders, time entries, receipts, and truck stock inventory Follow all safety policies, procedures, and accident-prevention practices Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service vehicle with proper parts and tool inventory Meet productivity and performance standards while maintaining high-quality workmanship What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you should be dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced service environment.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Relevant technical training, licenses, or certifications (EPA, CFESA preferred) Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in refrigeration, commercial kitchen equipment, appliance repair, HVAC, or applicable military technical service Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record Willingness to participate in an emergency on-call rotation, including nights and weekends Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work with minimal supervision Why Refrigeration & Kitchen Solutions?
