- $40 an hour 2 days ago Qualifications Field service equipment repair Welders (tool) EPA Type II Residential building maintenance experience HVAC Pipe installation Routine maintenance projects Full Job Description Overview We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team.
- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems
- Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring
- Interpret schematics and diagrams to troubleshoot HVAC/R equipment
- Weld and braze piping as needed
- Work with ammonia refrigeration systems (nice-to-have)
- Assist in building or property maintenance tasks as required Skills
- Proficiency in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
- Strong field service skills
- Ability to interpret schematics and diagrams
- Welding skills for piping work
- Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems (nice-to-have)
- Experience in property maintenance is a plus
