Innovative Mechanical Concepts is seeking L533 Union Pipefitter Journeymen for the Kansas City Metro area. Job Summary We're a growing commercial HVAC and refrigeration contractor building a tech-first shop with modern equipment, a new fleet, new tools and real career runway. We're looking for a journeyman pipefitter who takes pride in clean work and wants to grow with a company that's scaling, not coasting. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman HVAC Pipefitter specializing in Commercial and Refrigeration systems. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing complex HVAC piping systems, ensuring they meet industry standards and client specifications. Your expertise in pipefitting, and system assembly will contribute to delivering high-quality climate control solutions across various commercial projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, utilizing your mechanical knowledge and technical skills to support safe and efficient HVAC operations. What You'll Do Install, fabricate, and repair piping systems for commercial HVAC and refrigeration Read and interpret blueprints, isometrics, and mechanical specs Braze, solder, thread, and weld piping to code Work alongside our service and install teams on commercial projects Hold the quality standard our reputation is built on What We're Looking Fo r Journeyman-level HVAC / pipefitting experience (commercial/industrial preferred) Comfortable with brazing, soldering, and refrigerant piping EPA 608 certification Valid driver's license and clean driving record A master mechanical license is a strong plus Established commercial relationships in the KC market are a plus Why Work Here $5,000-$10,000 sign-on bonus• Over -scale pay Up to 3 weeks PTO Paid holidays Brand new truck Brand new tool-up In-house technical support Option to opt out of on-call (depending on status) Innovative Mechanical Concepts is an equal opportunity employer.
