This position is ideal for a technician with 3-5+ experience who is confident diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems.

Pay:

$35-$45/hour, depending on experience

Position:

Full-Time Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair heating, air conditioning, heat pump, and related HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, airflow, and refrigerant-related issues Identify system problems and recommend appropriate repair options Complete repairs accurately and efficiently Perform system start-ups and verify proper operation Maintain accurate service records and document work completed Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding system conditions and recommended repairs Maintain a clean and organized work area and service vehicle Properly handle company tools, equipment, and materials Follow company procedures and applicable safety standards

Qualifications:

3-5+ years of HVAC service experience preferred Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience servicing residential and/or light commercial HVAC equipment Working knowledge of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, controls, electrical systems, and refrigerant systems Ability to independently diagnose and complete repairs EPA certification preferred Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Strong communication and customer service skills Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, including lifting and carrying equipment and working in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditions, with or without reasonable accommodation Compensation $ 35-$45/hour depending on experience, qualifications, and technical ability.
