• $140,000 per year A bit about us: An established and rapidly growing roofing contractor in the Bay Area is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. This individual will oversee commercial and select residential roofing projects across the region
• ensuring quality, safety, and profitability
• while also supporting business development and client relationship growth when needed.

Lead multiple roofing projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery Manage project schedules, budgets, submittals, change orders, and client communications Conduct site visits and coordinate with field crews to ensure work meets safety and quality standards Partner with estimating and operations teams to develop accurate scopes of work and proposals Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers to generate repeat and referral business Support business development and sales efforts through occasional client visits and proposal presentations
