Job Description
Job Overview We're growing fast and we need solid HVAC technicians to grow with us. Whether you're just starting out or you've been in the field for years, this is your chance to join a family-owned company from day one and help shape something real. We're handling a full range of residential and light commercial jobs: installations, maintenance, service calls, and diagnostics. You'll be backed by experienced leadership and supported with the tools, tech, and training to do your best work. Requirements Valid driver's license with clean driving record EPA certification HVAC experience (any level) Comfortable using phones/tablets for digital service software Duties Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (residential + light commercial) Diagnose issues and provide solutions with confidence and professionalism Use tablet or phone to complete work orders, log notes, clock in/out, and upload job photos Communicate clearly with customers and the office Participate in weekend on-call rotation as scheduled Nice to Have Familiarity with field service platforms Schedule Monday to Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Weekend on-call rotation Pay & Benefits Starting at $20/hour, with higher pay based on experience Health insurance, Vision, Dental, & Supplemental Company shirts provided Paid time off and holidays Why Join Us Family-owned business with leadership that gets it.
