Job Description
JRM Enterprises owns/operates multiple McDonald's restaurants in northern Mississippi (Desoto, Panola, and Marshall Counties) and are looking for a Service Technician. The position be responsible for the preventative maintenance and ongoing repairs of all equipment including HVAC, refrigeration, minor electrical work, and various other equipment such as grills, fryers, etc. The service technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and equipment maintenance of multiple McDonald's restaurants. We have options for a full-time or part-time position, and it is a year-round position with some on call hours needed at times as well as some nights and weekends as needed. Benefits includes health insurance plan, paid vacation time, paid training classes, uniforms, tools, employee meals and a company vehicle. Pay rate to be determined based upon experience and availability. The right candidate for this position can work independently and as part of a service team. They have a high level of self-accountability and understand financial impacts of all repair decisions such as parts replacements, etc.

Valid driver's license Other skills preferred:- Plumbing skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Field service experience
- Ability to read schematics
- Proficiency in equipment repair
- Electrical repair certifications/experience
