Lead HVAC Service Technician Billings, MT A growing home services company based in Billings, Montana, dedicated to helping homeowners create comfortable and functional living spaces is seeking a Lead HVAC Service Technician. This position is ideal for a skilled professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, diagnosing system issues accurately, and performing quality repairs and maintenance on residential heating and cooling equipment

Essential Functions and Duties:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems Perform preventive maintenance on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment Install and replace HVAC components as needed Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly to homeowners Ensure all work complies with local codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work vehicle Participate in on-call service rotation as required Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the company professionally Lead a small team on larger projects
Qualifications:
3 to 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Working knowledge of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, thermostats, and indoor air quality products Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments Familiarity with ServiceTitan preferred NATE certification is a strong plus If interested email resume to Morgan@lcstaffing.com or call 406-295-1362 for details! 41942
