Entry Level Pay:
$23.00 - $29.00 per hour, depending on experience +
Spiffs Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday | 7:30am to 4:30pm | occasional overtime This is a hands-on training position to build a career in the HVAC industry and become an integral part of our team
What You Will Be Doing:
Receiving hands-on job training for residential and light commercial annual maintenance and service Annual maintenance / clean and check Delivering Excellent Customer Service to our customers Consulting with customers regarding repair and replacement options; Replacements needs are forwarded to the Comfort Advisor/Salesperson Educating clients on indoor air quality products that fit customers' needs Communicating with service manager about product needs, training enhancement, or desired specialty training Receiving instruction to obtain industry certifications including EPANATE's. What Are Looking For:
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record HVAC, construction, or similar industry experience desired EPA Universal Certification or acquire within 3 months of employment - we train Ability to acquire necessary tools Willingness to invest time in developing your skills and knowledge through training High school diploma or equivalent Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School is desired, but not required
