Residential HVAC Service Technician Overview:
This position will provide service and maintenance on residential and light commercial
HVAC Systems Pay:
$32.00 to $42.00 per hour, depending on experience
Work Schedule:
Monday through
Friday Work Hours:
7:30am to 4:30pm What you will be doing: ResidentialLight commercial Servicemaintenance Service and repair of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment Annual Maintenance, cleaning and diagnostics Diagnostics for refrigeration cycles, air flow, mini splits and heat pumps Customer servicecommunicating with customers on system enhancement products and replacement options Assist with training junior technicians What we are looking for: 3+ years of HVAC residential service experience Commercial service experience a plus EPA Universal Certification Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Solid understanding of HVAC system design and ductwork modifications Experience working with low voltage HVAC systems Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and fittings Must have own tools Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record High school diploma or equivalent
