What You'll Do ✅ Diagnose & repair HVAC systems and components ✅ Perform installations, replacements, and system upgrades ✅ Complete routine maintenance on heating & cooling systems ✅ Create accurate, on‑the‑spot repair estimates ✅ Educate customers on system care and recommended repairs ✅ Ensure work complies with local & national HVAC codes ✅ Mentor and support junior technicians ✅ Communicate clearly to deliver top‑tier customer satisfaction ✅ Complete service documentation and assigned tasks What We're Looking For ✔ 2+ years of HVAC Service Technician experience ✔ EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain immediately) ✔ Ability to lift up to 100 lbs ✔Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics & outdoor environments ✔ Strong communication & customer‑first mindset ✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team ✔Positive attitude with a drive to learn & grow What We Offer Up to $150K+ annually Base pay: $28
