Primary Responsibilities:

Lead high-quality residential HVAC system change-outs and replacements Install and modify duct systems, piping, control wiring, and associated HVAC components Perform new installations, retrofits, and equipment upgrades Work with various systems including Mitsubishi Mini-Splits Maintain exceptional workmanship and deliver outstanding customer experiences

Requirements:
