Residential HVAC Install Lead

We're hiring experienced Residential HVAC Lead Installers to join our team. This role is for installers who can run residential replacement jobs cleanly, communicate professionally with homeowners, and take pride in quality workmanship. Most of our lead installers earn between $115,000-$120,000 annually, through our commission performance base pay structure. With top performers earning $130,000+. What You'll Do Lead residential HVAC system replacements and installs Work with a helper/apprentice to complete jobs efficiently Install equipment to code and company standards Communicate clearly with homeowners on-site Keep jobs clean and organized Complete basic install forms/photos Represent the company professionally What We're Looking For Residential HVAC install experience Ability to run a full install from start to finish Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Good attitude and dependable work ethic Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions What We Offer Average lead installer earnings of $115k-$120k annually Top performers are earning $130k+ Take-home company vehicle for lead installers Install coordinator support and parts/scheduling team Paid training and advancement opportunities Health insurance benefits and 401(k) Paid time off Company-provided equipment and uniforms Work Type Full-time Residential changeouts and install work
