Build your future with a respected HVAC team in Canton, NC where quality workmanship and customer service come first. HVAC Service Technician is a rewarding opportunity for a seasoned professional to diagnose, repair, and service residential systems with minimal supervision. Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Service Technician position include: 10+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service and repair experience required. Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a full range of residential HVAC systems, including heat pumps, furnaces, air conditioners, and mini-splits. Perform service calls efficiently by identifying the root cause of system issues and recommending appropriate repairs. Complete repairs and installations in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local building codes when required. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle with the necessary tools and parts. Create and manage purchase orders (POs) for materials as needed. Communicate professionally with homeowners while providing exceptional customer service. Work independently while maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and craftsmanship.
