Full-time Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced commercial HVAC Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for 35 commercial restaurants. All operations are based out of Fayetteville , NC. The successful applicant will be able to work safely and efficiently, with a focus on providing excellent customer service. Experience At least 3 years of experience as a commercial HVAC mechanic or service technician. Strong mechanical knowledge, including experience with HVAC systems and appliances. Proven ability to maintain and repair HVAC systems, including experience with plumbing and electrical work. Experience with building and designing custom HVAC solutions. Knowledge of walk-in refrigeration systems included but not limited to repair, maintenance and install. Ability to work safely and efficiently, with a focus on providing excellent service. Responsibilities , Skills & Duties Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioning units, and heating pumps. Perform routine maintenance checks on HVAC systems to identify and prevent potential issues. Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC systems, using tools such as an ohmmeter and other diagnostic equipment. Make repairs to HVAC systems, including plumbing and electrical work. Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Mechanical knowledge and experience with HVAC systems and appliances. Ability to maintain and repair HVAC systems, including experience with plumbing and electrical work. Experience with building and designing custom HVAC solutions. Skill in using diagnostic tools, including an ohmmeter. Service technician experience. Ability to work safely and efficiently. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must possess customer service skills, a high level of professionalism, and exceptional professional appearance Performs scheduled preventative maintenance. Must possess computer skills to operate automated systems. Repair refrigeration throughout the restaurant. Repair heating, A/C & equipment as needed. Repair refrigeration systems including commercial ice making equipment and walk in freezer. Install new equipment not contracted out. May be required to do sheet metal work. Maintain records on all equipment. Must be able to respond to off hours calls 24/7 every 3rd week. Assist other maintenance personnel and perform duties assigned by management. Adhere to all Property and Department standards including Safety Guidelines. Must possess a valid NC Drivers License and pass the resort Motor Vehicle Report

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

WORK ENVIRONMENT

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, toxic or caustic chemicals, outside weather conditions, extreme cold, risk of electrical shock, and vibration. The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, extreme heat and etc. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
