What You'll Need:

2+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience (residential or commercial) Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience with furnaces, air conditioners, and refrigeration equipment EPA Universal Certification Valid driver's license with insurable driving record Ability to safely use tools, equipment, and ladders Excellent communication and customer service skills

Bonus Qualifications:
