Wendy's - Delight Restaurant Group isseeking experienced HVAC/Refrigeration Technicians who are willing to relocate to the Raleigh, NC area! •Relocation assistance may be provided for the right candidate. •Position Overview As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will support the maintenance and repair needs of multiple Wendy's restaurant locations throughout North Carolina. This position will primarily focus on commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and restaurant equipment , along with general facility maintenance. The ideal candidate is an experienced HVAC/Refrigeration Technician who can work independently, troubleshoot effectively, and travel between restaurant locations as needed. Company vehicle, tools, and equipment are provided Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates relocating to the Raleigh, NC area Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance at restaurant locations throughout North Carolina Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment Diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment and building systems Complete plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general facility repairs Respond to urgent maintenance requests and equipment failures Maintain accurate service records and communicate repair status Ensure restaurants remain compliant with safety and operational standards Coordinate with restaurant management to minimize business disruption Travel regularly between assigned restaurant locations Qualifications Current HVAC/Refrigeration Certification is required Commercial HVAC and refrigeration experience is required Prior restaurant or quick-service restaurant (QSR) maintenance experience is preferred Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building maintenance Ability to diagnose and repair equipment independently Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors Willingness to relocate to or live within the Raleigh, NC area Willingness to travel throughout North Carolina as needed

Compensation Starting Pay:
