Job Description

Pay is dependent on experience and negotiable! Central Heating & Air is a leading provider of HVAC solutions with a strong reputation for quality and customer satisfaction going back over 40 years in the Kinston area. We are committed to excellence in providing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services to our clients in eastern North Carolina, both residential and commercial. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair. As an HVAC Technician at Central, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' comfort and satisfaction by delivering high-quality service.
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues. Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency. Comply with industry regulations and safety standards. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and explaining technical details in a clear and understandable manner. Keep accurate records of all service and maintenance work performed. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician. Relevant HVAC certifications and licenses. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems. Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Outstanding communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
