The technician will work in various environments, providing essential maintenance services to commercial and residential clients. Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, and repair air conditioning units and HVAC systems in accordance with industry standards. Perform routine maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently and safely. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints to accurately diagnose issues. Conduct plumbing and welding tasks related to HVAC installations or repairs. Assist with boiler maintenance and repair as needed. Utilize mechanical knowledge to identify system malfunctions and implement effective solutions. Repair appliances related to HVAC systems and other mechanical equipment. Maintain detailed records of service activities, parts used, and system conditions. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes. Experience Proven experience as an HVAC technician or mechanic with a solid understanding of HVAC systems. Hands-on experience with plumbing, welding, boiler operation, and appliance repair is highly desirable. Familiarity with construction processes and ability to read schematics is essential. Previous work involving mechanical maintenance or similar technical roles is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent attention to detail are required for success in this role.
