Paid time off + supportive team culture What We're Looking For 3+ years of hands-on residential or light commercial experience in your trade Strong working knowledge of current codes and modern systems Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and work inside modular units (Industrial Athlete mindset) Leadership attitude - you take ownership and help others succeed Reliable, detail-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced factory setting High school diploma or equivalent; trade school/apprenticeship preferred Active licenses/certifications a big plus (we support getting them) What You'll Do Install rough-in and finish systems in modular homes per blueprints and current IRC codes

Electricians:

Wiring, panels, outlets, switches, lighting, low-voltage

Plumbers:

PEX/PVC, water lines, drainage, venting, fixture set

HVAC Techs:

Ductwork, air handlers, refrigerant lines, ventilation, thermostats Troubleshoot and solve problems quickly to keep production flowing Lead and mentor apprentices while maintaining a strong safety-first culture Keep your work area clean and organized Join us in delivering top-tier skilled trades services!
