Job Description

JOB RELATIONSHIPS
Supervises:
General Mechanic and helper, when assigned Responsible to: Engineering Supervisor and Plant Engineer
DEFINITION OF POSITION
The Maintenance Specialist is an integral part of the Engineering-Maintenance team. He performs a variety of duties in and around the hospital building, performing skilled work in installing, repairing, adjusting, and trouble-shooting various HVAC systems and associated equipment. He also assists other maintenance personnel in daily duties and projects as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Professional High school graduate or completion of GED Three or four years of HVAC on-the-job training or completion of four years of approved apprenticeship. Drivers license required
